Cynthia Hall Ashby, PT/Owner
Cindy is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas and has practiced physical therapy in Texas for more than 30 years. She is an experienced educator and practitioner in spine and women's health including pelvic pain, incontinence, and pregnancy/post-partum rehabilitation. Cindy's post-graduate education includes a special emphasis on osteopathic manual therapy techniques including CranioSacral therapy, visceral manipulation, strain/counterstrain, joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization including myofasical release and muscle energy to treat acute/chronic musculoskeletal pain. She is also a certified Graston clinician and has extensive practice experience in treatment of spinal pain and dysfunction.
Martha Hamilton, PT, CSJ, CLJ-LANA
Martha is a graduate of Texas Woman's University at Houston and has practiced physical therapy in Texas for 33 years. She has practiced in multiple settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics and home health settings with interest in chronic pain, osteopathic techniques such as strain/counterstrain, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and muscle energy and manual lymph drainage. Martha's postgraduate education includes certification in lymphedema management. She is a certified teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute as well as the leader for the local designated craniosacral therapy study group. Martha is also a licensed massage therapist, a licensed massage therapy instructor and is board certified through the NCBTMB as a specialty provider.
Patti L. Schwartz, PT
Patti graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1979. She worked in acute care at Hermann Hospital and then moved into outpatient orthopedic care. She moved to Plano in 1982, where she developed a specialization in spine treatment. She eventually founded Pittman Creek Physical Therapy in 1988, serving the Plano community for 31 years. She has now taken a part time position with Integrated Physical Therapy, where she wants to continue making a difference for her patients and finding a little more time for her kids and grandkids. She brings to Integrated extensive training in myofascial release, joint mobilization/muscle energy, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, strain/counterstrain, McKenzie approach, strength and stabilization, Pilates, Kinesiotaping and Integrative Dry Needling.
Dona Dismukes, Office Manager
Dona brings 20 years of experience in a physical therapy setting. This experience is a great asset to our patients as she works alongside our physical therapists as a PT tech. Dona also brings excellent administrative skills to her position as office manager in the front office.
